OSHA Training
We have our own training facility and OSHA authorized outreach trainer providing a wide variety of safety topics for General Industry and Construction, including: 40-Hour HAZWOPER, 8 HR HAZWOPER Supervisor Course, OSHA 10 and 30 hour classes, Hazard Communication and many others. We also have our own proprietary training for semi-skilled positions, including banquet servers, room attendants, movers and Storm Water Pollution Protection (SWPPP). We can also customize training programs to specifically address any need your company might have so that temporary or direct placement employees will be prepared to be productive much sooner when they enter your company environment.
Square One Solutions has established remote locations dedicated to the oil spill clean up in Mississippi and Florida with an Alabama location soon to come. We are currently training and dispatching 40 Hr HAZWOPER trained field technicians to work on the beaches abating the oil as it comes to shore. We have five 40 Hr HAZWOPER instructors on the ground right now in the gulf and have extra trainers available within 24hrs. JOHN SKOWRONEK
| John is a seasoned professional with over 30 years experience in the construction industry and as a safety trainer, leadership trainer, university instructor, expert in workers compensation issues (attorney at law), general contractor and master electrician. Mr. Skowronek has over a decade of experience in safety, risk and environmental management at construction sites throughout the US. He has created innovative environmental, health, and safety training, increasing the competency and skills of project managers, superintendents, foremen and construction workers. He has experience in drafting safety policies, safety quiz for workers, accident investigations, worker comp reporting forms, job site safety evaluations. He has extensive teaching experience including law and labor related courses and is an authorized OSHA Trainer for Construction, General Industry and 40 hr.
